Yes, we're challenging ourselves and you to fun and relaxing ways to show yourself love every weekday through May.

We've compiled a list of quick, effective tools for you to rejuvenate your think tank. So often we have to be reminded that like the other muscles in our bodies, our brains need rest. We'll show you some memorable mindfulness techniques to get more efficient use out of your brain space.

Get ready for some intense relaxation. We'll explore the art of being still and get some unique takes on a few self-care staples such as the bubble bath and the massage. Expect to love yourself even more after each practice.
